A portion of the theft deterrent system, will allow the car to start if a key with the appropriate digital coding is inserted into the ignition. If anything without that coding is inserted into the ignition, the immobilizer disables the ignition and your VW cannot be started. Use the panic button in case of emergencies or to find your car in a crowded lot. Plus, you can put the windows down or up and even close the sunroof by holding the key in either direction while it’s in the door lock cylinder. Plus, it comes with an in-dash CD player that can read the MP3 format. Want your iPod® to play your favorite music? Just plug it into the auxiliary jack located on the dash.

This feature gives you a personal fit, while allowing the airbag to be placed in the best possible position for you. Also, the steering column is designed to collapse like a telescope to help lessen impact on impact. The tire pressure system has a sensor built into the valve stem of each tire that checks the air pressure, alerting you on your instrument panel when the pressure in one or more of your tires is incorrect.
